Pension Trace Number (Pension Board Number)

Before uploaded your P35 for 2016 it is important to update your employee details with the pension trace number

CWPS, PRSA's and Public Service pensions are excluded from this requirement.

In Micropay the screen capture below displays on the Employee Details screen where the trace number should be added

The PB number is not unique to each employee, if all employees are members of the same pension scheme that the number will be the same for all employees.
