Email Micropay Payslips

Micropay Professional is only compatible with 32 bit Outlook.

Outlook 2010, 2013 and 2016 can be installed in either 32 it or 64 bit.

The screenshot below demonstrates how to check the variant of outlook you already have installed.

Does outlook ask to confirm each email payslip when sending to Outlook?

Option 1 : Within Micropay select “Settings” – “Company Preference” – “Email”

Tick to show payslips before sending, this will speed up sending payslips but you will still have to confirm each payslip in Outlook.

Option 2 : Download and install ClickYes, this program runs in the background and will confirm each email for you. (This program will only work when sending payslips automatically)
