Micropay Update 18.4

Sage have recently released an update for Micropay (18.4), this update address the rounding bug when exporting journals from Micropay. Prior to the update when exporting journals they sometimes had an inbalance of 0.01c

The work around was to edit the .csv file before importing it into Sage 50 or Sage 200.
